Privacy Policy for Num Track

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Num Track (“the app”) is a number-sequence memory game published by Baron Mobile Games (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Num Track Android application distributed through Google Play.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect or receive any personal information about you ourselves. The app works offline and your game progress never leaves your phone. The app does show advertisements, and our advertising provider — Google AdMob — collects data to deliver them. That is the only data collection involved.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your progress locally so you can continue where you left off. This consists of the highest level you have unlocked, which levels you have completed, your best score overall and for each individual level, your total score, your sound-effects preference, and a counter the app uses to space out advertisements.

This data is written to your device’s private app storage. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, it is not backed up to any server we control, and we have no way to read it. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Advertising

Num Track is free and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display three kinds of advertisement:

To serve and measure these advertisements, Google may collect and process information such as:

DataPurpose
Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)Identifying your device for ad delivery, frequency capping and measurement
Device information (model, operating system, language, screen size)Selecting an advertisement that fits your device
Approximate location, derived from your IP addressServing region-appropriate advertisements and applying local law
Ad interaction data (views, clicks, rewarded-video completion)Measuring advertisement performance, granting the reward, and preventing fraud

This data is collected by Google, not by us. We only receive anonymous, aggregated reporting such as the total number of advertisements shown. Google’s handling of this data is governed by its own policies:

Your choices about advertising

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form the first time you open it, provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform. You choose whether your data may be used for personalised advertising. You may refuse. If you refuse, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be personalised.

You can change your decision at any time by opening Settings in the app and tapping “Privacy Settings”.

Everywhere in the world, you can limit advertising tracking through your device: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation.

Children

Num Track is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will address it.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or erase on request. To exercise rights relating to data collected by Google for advertising — including access, erasure, or objection under the GDPR — please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy, which describes how to make such a request. You can also delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the app, or by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with an updated date at the top. Significant changes affecting how data is handled will also be reflected in a new app release.
